POSITIVE APPROACH

I think you will surely accept this truth that the power of positive thinking and approach is quite remarkable, virtuous and righteuos.

The idea of making our lives more productive, safe, high minded and of course fortunate and carefree almost seems to be too good to be true.

I myself had experienced good happening things and fortunate conception just because i focused over POSITIVITY.

Now let me ask a very simple question to you.

CAN YOU GUESS WHAT THE MOST SUCCESSFUL AND HAPPY PEOPLE THINK ABOUT ALL DAY LONG?

Answer to this is quite easy:
Healthy and happy people think most of the time about what they want and how to get them. This is one of the way to develop positive attitude which can transform your enitre life.When you think and talk about what you want and how to get it, you feel happier and in greater control of your life. When you think about something that makes you happy, your brain actually releases endorphins, which give you a generalized feeling of well-being. As a result, you develop a positive attitude.  

If we look at current situation of the world and especially our country INDIA, people are far away from the world of happiness, positivity and healthy life. The focus of either the government or its subjects is mainly on the rising covid cases or deaths, but no one is concerned towards the loss of happiness and pride. People lost their family members, friends, relatives, co workers and somewhere their positive approach as well. 

Negative environment can't bring forth the positive nature, but, the positive nature can wipe from the face of the earth the negative vibes.

HOW TO THINK POSITIVE??

Everyone is capable of learning new skills, techniques, habits, etc. then why not learn to think positive and stay positive. Anyone, either YOU or ME can learn to turn negative thinking into positive. Process is simple, but yes it does take time and practice-you are creating a NEW HABIT after all. One have to behave and become an optimistic in their life to turn life onto a positive way. What all you have to do is here:

IDENTIFY AREAS TO CHANGE- To become optimistic and engage in positive thinking, first identify areas of your life that you usually think negative about such as your work, commutation, relationship, family, etc. You can start small by focusing on one area to approach in a more positive way.

CHECK YOURSELF- Periodically during the day, stop for a second and evaluate what you are thinking. If you find your thoughts to be negative then immediately find a way to divert your mind to positive approach.

BE OPEN TO HUMOR- Give yourself permission to smile and laugh, especially during hard times of your life. Seek humor in everyday happenings. When you learn to laugh at life, you feel less stressed.

SURROUND YOURSELF BY POSITIVE PEOPLE- Make sure those in your life are positive and supportive ones, on whom you can depend for helpful advice and feedback. These people can make you undoubt your abilities and can help you manage your stress in healthy ways.

PRACTICE POSITIVE SELF-TALK- Make a habit to start your day with a simple rule: don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you. Think about things you're thankful for in your life.

Positive thinking is not a concept that everyone believes and follows. Some, consider it as nonsense, and scoff at people who believe in it.

However, there is a growing number of people, who accept this concept as a fact, and believe in its effectiveness.

With positive approach we can feel pleasant, happy, courageous and stress free. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy and more happiness. Our whole being broadcasts goodwill, happiness and success. This behavior affects our physical, emotional and mental health in a beneficial way. Our body language shows the way we feel, we walk tall and we speak more confidently.

Today there is a great need of positive approach. Whether one believes it or not but, the truth lies in the fact that if we are survivng this pandemic having roof on the head, food in the kitchen and money in pockets is because of positive approach towards life and one-being. People are disheartened with news of loss of family and near and dear ones, deaths, fear, hopelessness. Lockdown forced all of us to stay at home and be safe and work from home. Students are taking online classes and workers are working from home, but, aloofness from the outside world affects mental health of people. We should try to spend more time with the families in this pandemic time to stay calm, one should try to continue with their hobbies, one should try to learn new skills, one should try to meditate. All these can help people to get rid of negative vibes and this negative environment. Positive approach towards life and life happenings can create all new ways of looking at life.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE IN ACTION

It is easy to to be cheerful when everything is going according to plan.  But, it is when you encounter unexpected setbacks and difficulties that you demonstrate to yourself, and the world around you, what kind of an attitude you really have. Make sure that it is a POSITIVE one. 
  • Having positive mindset can cure the pain of failure. It can help you to come out of sorrows and fear of failure. 
  • Positivity will help you to achieve your goals not immediately but definitely. It will take time but the results would be of worth spending time.
  • Practice gratitude for what you have. This will help you get rid of negative feelings, and would have a good impact on your mind and body, and on your mental health.
  • When facing problems and obstacles, do not let them overwhelm you. Acknowledge them, and then set on finding solutions.
  • Always focus your attention on the full half of the cup, not on the empty half. Focusing on the full half will make it grow.
Look for the good in every situation. There is always something good, or at least something useful to learn, even in difficult or unpleasant situations. Follow your positive thoughts with positive actions. It is not enough to think positively, you also need to act to make things happen.

HOW POSITIVE APPROACH CAN HELP YOU?


 

Developing a positive attitude can help you in more ways than you might realize. When you think positive thoughts, you don’t allow your mind (conscious or subconscious) to entertain any negative thoughts or doubts. When positivity hits mind and soul of a person, he/she changes in all the ways. Brain will actually begin to operate in a state of free-flowing-feel-good, which makes one feel lighter and much more happier.

By reducing your self-limited beliefs, you will effectively release your brakes and experience growth like you never imagined.

You can change your entire life simply by harnessing the power of positive thinking.
